This year’s research drew its highest level of participation to date, with IAM receiving nearly 4,000 nominations, a 7% increase over the 2025 edition.
Scott brings more than 25 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes, alongside anti-cybersquatting, counterfeiting, and deceptive trade practice matters.
