World Trademark Review 2016 honors firm and select attorneys

The World’s Leading Trademark Firms and Professionals

We are excited to share the recent accolades and earned recognition of our Trademark and Copyright team in the 2016 edition of World Trademark Review.  Now in its sixth year, WTR honors leading individuals and firms through its Industry Awards which are based on research that includes more than 1,500 face-to-face and telephone interviews with trademark specialists around the world.

Here’s what WTR 2016 had to say about our firm and several members of our team:

Enterprising boutique Sheridan Ross is the oldest IP firm in the Rocky Mountains and has gone from strength to strength since it opened its doors in 1954. It handles the full spectrum of trademark issues with aplomb, but its real province is the confluence between trademark and advertising.

Few professionals in this part of the country have racked up more impressive filing stats than the “established and well-known” Sabrina Stavish, for whom peers profess “tremendous respect” and who is also a familiar face at the USPTO.

With more than two decades of contentious experience behind him, “key lawyer” John Posthumus is additionally called on to counsel on the IP aspects of M&A deals.

International specialist Miriam Trudell has successfully prosecuted a raft of Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy proceedings.

Having drafted innumerable software and website agreements, Lewis Hansen is another internet maestro celebrated across the state and beyond.
