DENVER – Sheridan Ross P.C. announced the addition of Antonio (“Tony”) G. Vann as an associate in the intellectual property firm’s Denver office.
Vann counsels clients on all aspects of trademark and copyright portfolio development and management. His practice includes domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management from searching, filing and clearance to maintenance, policing and enforcement of trademark registrations.

Vann has assisted clients in the development and execution of domestic and international trademark protection strategies. He has represented clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and successfully negotiated settlements via mediation and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining Sheridan Ross, Vann worked as the lead trademark associate for Virginia-based law firm Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. He also ran The Vann Law Firm, providing trademark clearance and prosecution, counseling, litigation and enforcement for domestic and international clients.
