Schneider also works with clients to create international filing strategies that include direct foreign and Madrid Protocol filings as well as working with foreign trademark professionals to record trademark transfers and in filing and defending trademark oppositions and cancellations.

A large portion of her practice is devoted to working with and addressing clients’ brand concerns in the Internet environment; from assessing cybersquatting options and helping remove infringing content and products from the Internet to sourcing counterfeit products, filing trademarks and copyrights with customs, and working with local legal counsel world-wide to find and help stop infringers and counterfeiters.
