Scott Bialecki

Scott is a seasoned litigator who leverages his in-depth knowledge of intellectual property, antitrust, and regulatory law to help domestic and international clients develop and safeguard their businesses. Scott’s counsel is rooted in his former role as a regulator with the Federal Trade Commission and his more than two decades of litigating intellectual property lawsuits in federal courts throughout the country. A registered patent attorney, Scott also regularly partners with companies throughout the lifecycle of their products, and he has specific experience counseling companies pursuing opportunities in Asian markets.

In his litigation practice, Scott represents technology, manufacturing, and professional services companies in a wide range of intellectual property disputes. He litigates and defends matters ranging from patent, trademark, and trade dress disputes to copyright infringement, trade secret, and unfair competition matters.
