Office and Finance Administrator

 

Position Summary

Sheridan Ross, the Rocky Mountain region’s largest intellectual property law firm, is seeking an organized and self-motivated office and finance administrator for its Denver, Colorado office. This position is an essential part of our team and will oversee the operations across our office.

 

Essential Functions

  • Managing front desk needs, including but not limited to managing main line phone system, incoming and outgoing deliveries & mail, and welcoming visitors and directing appropriately
  • Accounts payable duties including processing of invoices and vendor payments, issuing checks and conducting bank runs
  • Corporate credit card auditing and collecting receipts
  • Manage and reply to internal email requests
  • Preparing conference rooms and assisting with client or internal meeting needs, including but not limited to ordering food, AV needs, and scheduling
  • Vendor management to include the maintenance of office facilities and office equipment
  • Working with IT team on on-site troubleshooting needs
  • Assisting with new hires and departures, including but not limited to office badge access, equipment assigning, personal office assignment, phone list
  • Maintaining all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Taking inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, event planning when needed and lead office safety requirements
  • Performing other relevant duties or ad hoc requests assigned

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • High school graduate (college graduate preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in an office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Experience in law preferred but not required

Benefit and Compensation Summary

Sheridan Ross offers a competitive pay and benefits package to full-time employees including a 37 ½ hour work week, health care benefits, personal paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, discretionary bonus, parking reimbursement, and more.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000
