Mr. Boschert’s practice focuses on patent prosecution as well as enforcement of patents through litigation.
He serves as an Associate at Sheridan Ross P.C. advising clients in all areas of patent prosecution ranging from patent applications to freedom-to-operate opinions. In addition, he has experience in research, legal and consulting services and analysis of USPTO actions and client responses.
Mr. Boschert joined the firm after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School, where he also served as a legal writing teaching assistant and an Articles Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal (formerly the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law). In addition, he worked with inventors and entrepreneurs through the University of Colorado Technology Transfer Office providing commercial feasibility analyses, appropriate paths for new inventions and counsel in creating startup companies.
