Jeanette Sinclare counsels on all aspects of trademark and copyright protection, including the development and management of portfolios.
Her practice includes domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management from searching, filing and clearance to maintenance, policing and enforcement of trademark registrations.
Prior to joining Sheridan Ross, Ms. Sinclare served as an associate for SRS Acquiom negotiating and finalizing acquisition documents in complex M&A transactions. In addition to her work with SRS, Ms. Sinclare has experience formulating contract management systems and analyzing licenses for risk exposure with eBags, an online retailer.
Ms. Sinclare earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Colorado State University, and earned her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School where she was the production editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Sinclare interned with the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office, the University of Colorado Technology Transfer Office and the Denver City Attorney’s Office.
