Susan K. Miller
Susan K. Miller is an associate attorney in the trademark team at Sheridan Ross P.C. Her practice focuses on helping companies protect their brands and reputations. She works with clients across a range of industries to develop and implement comprehensive brand-protection strategies domestically and abroad. Her work includes assisting clients through all stages of the trademark prosecution process from brand clearance to enforcement and portfolio management.
Susan also helps clients create protection strategies with domain name and online disputes. Her work in this regard includes monitoring and policing client websites, online retailers, and other e-commerce vendors. Her attention to detail and passion for tackling complex projects is essential to helping clients actively protect their brands across multiple frontiers.
A recent law school graduate, Susan previously worked as a law clerk for a general practice firm where she researched state and federal legal compliance issues. As a student at the University of Colorado Law School, she explored legal issues in technology as an articles editor on the Colorado Technology Law Journal. Susan also worked as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law and Policy Clinic, where she coauthored a public comment for the Copyright Office’s Section 1201 rulemaking proceedings.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and French from Wellesley College, as well as a law degree from the University of Colorado Law School.
