Gary’s practice includes patent prosecution, technology licensing, patent opinions and strategic counseling, with an emphasis in the technology areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemistry.
His patent practice covers the preparation and prosecution of applications with extensive experience in both the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Gary assists clients in negotiating and drafting license agreements for a range of technologies. His practice also includes the study of patents in the preparation of validity and infringement opinions to assist clients in their business decisions.
His experience in patent prosecution, licensing and opinion work is a foundation for counseling clients to develop strategies for enhancing the value of their technologies and reduce their risks in competitive environments.
