Autumn Hartman is an associate attorney who focuses on all aspects of trademark and copyright protection. Autumn’s work includes developing and implementing domestic and foreign prosecution strategies for clients in a range of industries. In her daily practice, Autumn handles trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management for clients of all sizes.
A recent law school graduate, Autumn’s counsel is rooted in her experience with the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and other legal internships during her academic career. Autumn’s law clinic work included counseling clients regarding corporate formation and compliance issues, intellectual property matters, and employment agreements. Autumn’s experience with the law clinic helped her form a comprehensive understanding of the legal and business realities her clients juggle on a day-to-day basis.
In addition to her time with the clinic, Autumn also worked as a legal intern with the Denver City Attorney’s Office, First American Title Insurance, and Amicus O&M Cooperative. Autumn holds a law degree from the University of Colorado Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. While in law school, Autumn served on the University of Colorado Law Review and was a member with the Business & Tax Law Association.
