Mr. Wilson specializes in counseling companies on business-focused legal strategies that promote growth and profitability. To this end, Mr. Wilson advises clients on and assists clients with building and maintaining patent and trademark portfolios and monetizing a client’s intellectual property.
While Mr. Wilson specializes in patents for electrical engineering, telecommunications and software technologies, he has also drafted patents for medical inventions (including; respiratory systems, drug delivery devices, and patient diagnostic equipment, etc.), mechanical inventions and business methods. Mr. Wilson’s practice includes advising clients on strategic patent protection, patent prosecution, licensing, and patent enforcement. He has personally prepared hundreds of patent applications and hundreds of Office Action responses to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
