Patricia (Patty) Ho's practice focuses on patent, trademark and other intellectual property litigation and counseling.
Patty has represented clients in a variety of intellectual property cases in state and federal courts as well as in front of administrative bodies. Her experience includes handling all aspects of litigation in cases addressing issues of patent and trademark infringement, copyright infringement, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secrets. Her practice also includes counseling on compliance with privacy and data regulations, licensing, and patent and trademark prosecution as well as handling matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Patty has been recognized as a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine. She is a current member of Impact Denver, a leadership program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable William D. Robbins of the Denver District Court where she worked extensively in civil litigation and criminal matters. Patty also interned for the Honorable John L. Kane of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
