Summary of Practice:
Dennis is a registered U.S. patent agent having experience
in all phases of patent prosecution. His practice includes
preparing and prosecuting both U.S. and foreign patent applications
including drafting patent applications, conducting patentability
studies, as well as assisting in non-infringement analysis.
He has worked extensively with clients having complex mathematical
inventions as well as more straightforward mechanical inventions.
Dennis’ practice
also includes preparing and prosecuting patents in the
following general technology areas: software, communication
networks, business methods, mechanical, and mathematics
related. More specifically, Dennis has experience in telephony,
Internet/network applications, wireless technologies, signal
processing, gaming technology, data storage devices/systems,
optical storage media, encryption, food processing, safety
equipment, mechanical devices, orthodontics, medical devices,
computer-aided design, and insect attractants.
