Summary of Practice:
Mark Yaskanin is a principal attorney whose practice
includes counseling clients regarding all areas of intellectual
property law, including patent, trademark and copyright matters.
With an emphasis in patent work, Mark’s experience
includes conducting patentability searches, preparing infringement
opinions, and preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign
patents in a number of fields, including medical devices/equipment,
orthodontics, and engineered materials. Mark also assists
clients with negotiations and the preparation of licensing
agreements.
Prior to joining Sheridan
Ross P.C., Mark was a project engineer with a national
engineering consulting firm. Mark’s engineering experience
includes projects in civil, environmental and geotechnical
engineering.
