Summary of Practice:
Mr. Lieb's practice focuses principally on litigation of patent infringement actions, representing both patent owners and alleged infringers. Mr. Lieb has litigated a wide variety of other intellectual property-related claims for relief, including for trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, slander and libel, and consumer protection statute violations. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts, including motions practice, formal and informal discovery, depositions, trials and appeals, as well as in alternative dispute resolution practice. Mr. Lieb is also experienced in litigating trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Mr. Lieb represents clients in a broad spectrum of technologies, including the mechanical, electrical and chemical sciences. A substantial portion of his practice focuses on negotiating and developing complex technology-related agreements.
