Summary of Practice:
In his practice as a patent attorney, Brad has prepared
and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications on behalf
of clients in a wide range of technological disciplines.
In addition to his extensive experience preparing and prosecuting
individual patent applications, Brad has counseled clients
regarding strategies that encompass all forms of Intellectual
Property protection. Examples of technologies that Brad has
worked with include space based communications, remote sensing
systems, fuel cells, telecommunications, computer
storage devices and systems, and business methods.
