Mr. Johnson maintains a diverse intellectual property
practice, most recently focusing primarily in patent prosecution.
Mr. Johnson has industry experience in addition to his legal
background enabling him to handle a wide range of technologies
in the mechanical, electrical, and computer science fields.
Mr. Johnson co-authored a patent bar preparation course and
has particular expertise in patent prosecution both in the
US and foreign countries. Mr. Johnson has prepared and successfully
prosecuted hundreds of patent applications.
