Summary of Practice:
Over the last 15 years, Mr. Brunelli has litigated
cases and counseled clients on numerous diverse intellectual
property matters and concerning various issues and technologies.
Mr. Brunelli also has prepared and prosecuted a number of
patent applications in the computer, electrical, mechanical
and chemical arts. He has also prepared and prosecuted trademark
applications for a wide variety of clients located throughout
Colorado, the United States and the world. Mr. Brunelli
has been retained to act an expert in the areas of trademark,
copyright, patent law and general intellectual property
law matters.
