Todd P. Blakely is known for his full service intellectual
property practice. With over 20 years of intellectual property
experience, Mr. Blakely concentrates in the litigation and
transfer of domestic and international patent, trademark and
copyright rights, as well as in the preparation and prosecution
of patent and trademark rights developing value-oriented intellectual

of the intellectual property portfolios of a number of clients,
Mr. Blakely regularly provides advice on the intellectual

vendors, including hard disk and tape drives, security
access control manufacturers, including electronic and
mechanical systems, animal management and health companies,
banking companies, hunting and outdoor gear companies,
cellular equipment and system providers, entertainment
distribution companies, medical device manufacturers, brewing
companies and motorcycle retailers.
