Summary of Practice:
Ms. Taylor has practiced trademark and copyright Law in Colorado, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and Japan. Ms. Taylor’s experience includes designing and managing domestic and international trademark protection strategies for major multinational clients, and participation in trademark litigation. She has extensive experience in trademark counseling, registration, and maintenance, and offers particular expertise in cyberlaw and legal issues in the field of information technology.

As an adjunct professor at La Roche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ms. Taylor taught courses covering intellectual property law; contracting and licensing; e-commerce law and contracting; and privacy, security, and First Amendment issues. She has also taught courses in global issues of information technology and advanced database management systems.
