Summary of Practice:
Sarah Miller is an associate in the trademark and
copyright practice area. Sarah has experience in all areas
of trademark law, including searching, clearing, filing, and
prosecuting domestic trademarks; maintaining, policing and
defending trademark registrations, and assisting clients in
creating international trademark portfolios. Sarah also has
experience in the filing and prosecution of copyright registration
applications with the U.S. Copyright Office, in trademark
and copyright licensing and intellectual property litigation
research.
