Trademark and Copyright Law
Summary of Practice:
Jason is experienced in all areas of trademark, copyright, Cyber-law and e-commerce, including searching, clearing, filing, and prosecuting domestic trademarks; maintaining, policing and defending trademark registrations, assisting clients in creating international trademark portfolios, and working in the area of domain name enforcement. Jason is also experienced in the filing and prosecution of copyright registration applications with the U.S. Copyright Office, in trademark and copyright licensing and intellectual property litigation.
With respect to his Cyber-law capabilities, Jason is proficient in data privacy and security issues on the state, federal and international levels; online advertising and marketing; social networking and the creation of End User License Agreements, Privacy Policies and Terms of Use.
