Summary of Practice:
Erin Kelly's practice is primarily focused on patent prosecution in the general areas of mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies. Erin's practice includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, analysis of domestic and foreign patents, conducting patent searches, and intellectual property litigation.

Prior to joining Sheridan Ross, Erin obtained her M.S. in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado. Erin was a graduate teaching assistant for senior level aircraft design and advanced aerospace materials courses. Erin was part of a Lockheed Martin sponsored team that studied design guidelines for spacecraft life support systems for human exploration of the Moon and Mars. Erin was also part of team that built and tested a 5,000 pound thrust hybrid rocket engine.
