Mr. Hansen advises clients in intellectual property matters relating to trademarks, copyright, and transactions.

He has substantial experience in establishing and maintaining domestic and international trademark portfolios, licensing programs, and brand development. In addition, he is involved with technology development and licensing transactions, particularly in the areas of information technology and computer software.

Primarily, his practice focuses on intellectual property portfolio management and strategy, trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, trademark and copyright infringement, copyright protection and registration and technology agreements. Lew prepares licensing agreements, software development agreements, intellectual property transfer agreements, website agreements, privacy policies and website terms of use.
