Bill joined Sheridan Ross in 2016 after serving as Co-Leader of the Electronics and Software Practice Group at Kilpatrick Townsend.
In addition, Bill was a founding member of a Colorado-based law firm where he offered intellectual property and business related legal services to entrepreneurs, inventors and small businesses.
His clients consider him an experienced and trusted advisor. Mr. Knepper manages a large portfolio of work for domestic and international clients. In his practice he prepares and prosecutes patent applications, prepares opinions and agreements, and counsels clients regarding intellectual property protection strategies.
He has substantial experience in establishing and maintaining domestic and international trademark portfolios, licensing programs, and brand development. In addition, he is involved with technology development and licensing transactions, particularly in the areas of information technology and computer software.
As head of the firm’s Litigation practice, Mr. Brunelli has more than 30 years of experience counseling early-stage start-ups to multi-national corporations in trial and appellate courts and before governmental tribunals.
