Amy is the Human Resources Manager at Sheridan Ross, the Rocky Mountain leader in worldwide protection of intellectual property. In her role as HR Manager, Amy oversees all aspects of the firm’s employee development and retention programs, benefits administration, and employee relations. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day management of the HR department, Amy also manages talent acquisition for the firm.
Amy joined Sheridan Ross with more than 8 years of human resources and organizational development experience. Her ability to provide outstanding project planning, and affable personality are invaluable assets to Sheridan Ross. Amy will continue to develop human resources services and the administrative infrastructure necessary to support the long-term success of the firm.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
